Wow! Stunning purple foliage with delicate green veins, decorated with hot pink trumpet flowers! This plant has been locally grown and is acclimated to the RVA climate for improved chances over-winter survival when planted outdoors. (We still recommend appropriate actions when we have those surprise early/late frosts!) Expected major blooming is mid May for 2021, with possibility of limited reblooming through the summer. At its current size, this is a great plant for a patio or porch, or keep indoors in its decorative basket for a while to enjoy the blooms before planting. Tolerates re-planting in larger patio pots, but may need to overwinter indoors to protect roots. This is a beautiful gift that will keep on giving. Currently grown in 3-gallon nursery pots, and delivered with a wicker pot cover and decorative bow.
